My new track Skyburst, track art by Em.
Self plug: I’ve just put up my first track on my all new artist blog, n1music! Give it’s electronicy video-gamey beats a listen, and throw some feedback my way! If you like it, feel free to download it free on bandcamp, follow the blog, and share it around!
I’ll be using n1music to blog all my music, and beaterated to still do requests and general music blogging!

A live, acoustic performance of “They’re Coming to Get you, Barbara”, made with Neil during my last visit to Kentucky. Many thanks to Kate for singing along with us!
Yoshida Brothers - Ringo Bushi from Hishou 吉田兄弟 飛翔 (by yoshidabrotherstv)
The Yoshida Brothers are two Japanese shamisen players, mostly known for their fusion works - this piece is a traditional one given a slightly modern spin in terms of tempo and fixed rhythm.

Mike Oldfield - Outcast (by blazus11)
Oldfield is an absolute star, and this song especially shows his skill with layering and effects.
For more, see the entire tubular bells II album.
I will be doing a live radio show on Warminster Radio later tonight!
Tl;dr, I’ve been doing a radio broadcast course, and this live show will be my final exam! I’ll be playing a whole variety of rock and blues, straying into funk, soul, jazz and folk - including No More Kings, The White Stripes, Beck, and Nina Simone! I’ll also be playing some local blues tunes, interviewing a local guitarist, and running a feature on song covers!
It’s an hour long from 7PM GMT (Midday Pacific, 3PM Eastern, 2PM Central), and you’ll be able to email in and give me comments/feedback/things to read on air!
You can listen online at www.wcrfm.org.uk!
As it’s a test show, the email for it will be new.presenter@wcrfm.org.uk, but I will double check that - plus I’ll be giving it out during the show anyway!
Wish me luck, and I hope you’ll listen and have a blast!
Much Love

Sometimes I think of how one tiny mutated cell can wipe out our whole civilization, but then I watch a video like this and think “nah, we’re way too awesome of a species to be defeated.”
